Code of Ethics
The Code of Ethics is a requirement of NAR, please go to Code of Ethics Training, to complete the course if needed. REALTOR are required to complete ethics training within each three-year cycle. The current cycle began on January 1, 2022 and will end on December 31, 2024.

Fairhaven Fair Housing Simulation
In November 2020, NAR launched Fairhaven, (link is external, a new fair housing simulation training for REALTORS that uses the power of storytelling to help members identify, prevent, and address discriminatory practices in real estate.
