NC Real Estate Commission

 The North Carolina Real Estate Commission is the state regulatory body that protects the public by licensing and regulating real estate professionals in North Carolina. The Commission establishes education requirements, enforces real estate laws and rules, and upholds professional standards to ensure ethical, competent, and lawful real estate practices across the state.
